EAGLES WRESTLING Week Of 12/21 & 12/28

During the upcoming school vacation all wrestlers should be self conditioning for 1 hour each day. Dont come back to practice unprepaired as I will be able to tell who was GOOD or NAUGHTY. WEEK OF 12/21 MONDAY - Practice 3-5 pm TUESDAY - Practice @ Club 6:30-8:30 pm. ALL wrestlers should come, it is a short week. SUNDAY - Big Red - Home By Half Time Tourney- rescheduled from 12/20.. Cost $ 15 at the door. Weigh ins @ 7:30 am. This Tourney has Novice and Select divs. ALL should go especially the NEWBIES. Please email mail coach Herb as to your intentions (yes/no) asap as it will fill up soon. WEEK OF 12/28 REMEMBER - Self Conditioning during the school vacation... 1 hour each day. TUESDAY - MVC wrestle offs @ Club 6:30 pm. ALL should attend and practice afterwards. SATURDAY - MVC Meet @ Nashua South 12pm. ALL WRESTLERS need to be there as we are hosting this event and will need to help with set up. ANY PARENT who would like to assist is more than welcome also. This Meet will be our first home meet of the season, lets get all the friends, neighbors and relatives here for this one. It is quite the show. High School style wrestling.
